In general terms a Cave house is a dwelling that has been made from a cave.
These dwellings can either be reformed with all mod cons or be in need of part/total reformation.

A finca is described as a rural property or an area of land, often part of a large farm or ranch, in Spain.

Confusingly a Cortijo is also described as a rural property situated on a large farm or ranch. In practice a finca would have been a smaller part of the farm.

Many farm houses, be they Cave house, Cortijo, Finca or Villa; will come with some land. Quite often there may be room to negotiate with the vendor for more or less land, we will of course be happy to conduct these negotiations on your behalf if required.
